• Authorize customer requests and manage end‑to‑end coordination with internal stakeholders
• Perform document scrutiny and data entry for account opening and service requests
• Handle transaction processing, reconciliation, and vendor coordination
• Maintain closed‑loop coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless processing
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and resolve complex customer queries
