What you’ll do

• Support Loan Servicing functional area and processes
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Review, research, analyze, calculate, and submit mortgage claims
• Perform administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
• Respond to written and phone inquiries from customers, title companies, vendors, and internal personnel
• Escalate non‑routine questions to experienced staff
• Provide guidance to less experienced peers

What you’ll bring

1+ year of Loan Servicing support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education
