About the role

Technical Program Management at Exxat, a SaaS platform for Health Sciences education. The Technical Project Manager I leads end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects, coordinating Agile ceremonies, stakeholder communication, and risk management across engineering and QA teams. Bengaluru office, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects from initiation to completion
• Own project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery for a single workstream
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and IT teams to define objectives and deliverables
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track project status, identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution
• Coordinate execution across 1–2 Engineering and QA teams

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years technical project management experience
• SaaS product environment
• SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) knowledge
• Basic technical architecture understanding
• Strong stakeholder communication
• Generative AI tools familiarity
• PMP or equivalent certification
