About the role

Technical Project Management team at Birlasoft drives data analytics initiatives for enterprise clients. The Azure Technical Project Manager leads end‑to‑end planning, Agile execution, and delivery of complex analytics projects while managing a team of 15+ technical resources. Works closely with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align project goals with business objectives in Pune, on‑site.

What you’ll do

• Define project scope, timelines, and success criteria
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and sprint schedules
• Allocate resources and monitor progress across analytics initiatives
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks
• Facilitate collaboration among data scientists, analysts, and engineers

What you’ll bring

• 13-15 years experience in data analytics project delivery
• Proven Agile methodology expertise
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams of 15+
• Background in Azure cloud services
