What you’ll do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Lead Scrum team delivering ServiceNow solutions
- Prioritize backlog and create user stories
- Engage stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Coach team on Agile principles
- Track progress, quality, and risks
- Remove impediments and improve team efficiency
- Coordinate dependencies with other teams
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent
- 5+ years Scrum Master experience
- 3+ years ServiceNow development
- Strong Agile and ServiceNow knowledge
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Kanban
- Process flow diagram and use case creation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Independent and collaborative team player
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to have
