About the role
Accenture seeks a Management Consulting Analyst for its CFO & Enterprise Value practice in Bengaluru. The role focuses on finance transformation, digital finance, tax, treasury, planning, risk, and compliance. Candidates must be Chartered Accountants with at least 3 years in a CA firm, strong finance process knowledge, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. Responsibilities include identifying complex business problems, developing business cases, collaborating with cross‑disciplinary teams, and supporting clients in strategy implementation. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and requires travel up to 100%.
What you’ll do
- Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in‑depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Demonstrating strong finance process knowledge and understanding to work with client process owners across accounting, management and reporting, taxation, etc.
- Assisting clients in developing and building the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance.
- Developing detailed and actionable business cases and plans which reflect our practice’s deep industry, functional and business process acumen to leverage our assets and capabilities for greatest strategic impact.
- Working in multi‑disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement programs.
- Assisting leadership teams in developing offerings and assets.
