About the role
Accenture is a leading global professional services company offering strategy, consulting, technology and operations services. This role is part of the Capability Network CFO & EV team, supporting CFOs and finance organizations with digital finance transformation, tax, treasury, planning, risk and compliance. Candidates will work on end‑to‑end transformations, build business cases, collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver measurable value to clients across industries.
What you’ll do
- Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility.
- Demonstrating strong finance process knowledge and understanding to work with client process owners across accounting, management and reporting, taxation, etc.
- Assisting clients in developing and building the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance.
What you’ll bring
- Chartered Accountant, only rank holders or first attempters in both group for both CA Final and PE II levels.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a reputed CA firm with strong background in taxation, bookkeeping, consolidation, audits, internal controls, risk analysis, and client relationship management.
Skills
Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, PPT, ability to convert complex data into effective displays.Finance process knowledge with 2-3 years basic experience.Soft skills: analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, communication, presentation, attention to detail, self‑starter, organizational, time management, multi‑tasking.
