About the role
Accenture, a leading global professional services firm, offers strategy, consulting, technology, and operations services. The CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO & EV) practice supports CFOs and finance organizations in crafting and implementing digital‑driven strategies, operating models, and value‑creation initiatives. As a Management Consulting Analyst, you will work on end‑to‑end transformations, including CFO value strategies, digital finance transformation, enterprise planning, and risk & compliance. You will analyze complex business problems, leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to develop actionable business cases and implement programs. The role requires a Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in a reputable CA firm, strong finance process knowledge, and excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Travel up to 100 % is expected, and the position is based in Pune, India.
What you’ll do
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility.
- Demonstrate strong finance process knowledge and understanding to work with client process owners across accounting, management and reporting, taxation, etc.
- Assist clients in developing and building required capabilities for growth and innovation.
- Develop detailed and actionable business cases and plans.
- Work in multi‑disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement programs.
- Assist leadership teams in developing offerings and assets.
What you’ll bring
- Chartered Accountant, only rank holders or first attempters in both group for both CA Final and PE II levels.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed CA firm with strong experience around taxation, maintaining books of accounts, consolidation and close process, audits and internal controls, audits of financial institutions including risk analysis, client relationship management.
