Senior Manager, Workplace & Facilities

About the role

Real Estate and Workplace Operations (REWO) team at DoorDash India designs, builds, and operates inclusive spaces that enable employees to excel. As Senior Manager you will lead the Workplace and Facilities team across multiple sites, develop processes, manage space planning, vendor relationships, budgets, and drive sustainability initiatives. Hyderabad, India, on-site 5 days a week, with ~10% travel.

What you’ll do

• Lead insourced and outsourced Workplace and Facilities team
• Create and implement processes, playbooks, and initiatives
• Manage space planning and allocation across locations
• Oversee office events and ensure cultural alignment
• Ensure facilities compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Partner with Global Operations Center on crisis scenarios
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships
• Collaborate on lease renewals, new builds, and renovations
• Analyze occupancy data and employee surveys for strategy
• Own annual operating budget and drive cost-saving initiatives
• Lead change management for workplace initiatives
• Report updates to senior leadership and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Build cross-functional partnerships and drive sustainability improvements

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years workplace leadership
• Vendor management experience
• Project management expertise
• Budget management skills
• Proficient with Google Suite, Jira, Coupa, Slack
• Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Sigma
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
