Senior Manager, Workplace Experience

About the role
AVEVA’s People Experience team seeks a Senior Manager to lead the APAC Workplace Experience function across nine countries. This role oversees facilities management, real estate strategy, and hybrid work enablement to create engaging office environments. Based in Bangalore or Kuala Lumpur, the position operates on a hybrid model requiring regular on-site presence.
What you’ll do
- Oversee office environments in APAC including facilities, health, safety, and sustainability
- Manage and inspire regional Workplace Experience team and external service providers
- Develop and implement workplace experience and real estate strategies
- Advise executives and functional partners on workplace issues and risks
- Lead large projects and initiatives with limited guidance
- Accountable for local and regional OpEx and CapEx budget preparation
- Deliver mission to magnetize the workplace through amazing experiences
- Oversee global workplace health, safety, and Emergency Response Planning
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years progressive corporate experience managing workplaces and leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, corporate real estate, or equivalent
- Experience with space design, lease management, and workplace sustainability
- Reside within 50 miles of Bangalore or Kuala Lumpur
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Nice to have
- Knowledge of facilities and project management for multi-site operations
- Strong people management skills with ability to mentor dispersed teams
- Financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting
- Data analytics skills to measure occupancy and program effectiveness
- Experience with vendor management and commercial negotiations
