About the role

Global Enterprise Data Management Team at Kraft Heinz drives the company’s data and AI transformation agenda. The Senior Manager leads Data Quality and Data Stewardship functions in India, shaping strategy, AI readiness, and delivering data improvement projects while managing a distributed team and building Power BI scorecards. Ahmedabad, India, on-site role with direct exposure to senior leadership.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute data quality and stewardship strategy and roadmap
• Lead AI readiness initiatives and embed AI into data workflows
• Manage the India stewardship team and DQ operating models
• Own and mature the Data Quality Platform, including rules and monitoring
• Deliver Power BI scorecards and executive readouts

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years in data quality, stewardship, or governance
• 5+ years people management experience
• Advanced SQL for data profiling and analysis
• Experience implementing Collibra Data Quality
• Hands‑on AI for data quality and stewardship

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DAMA‑DMBOK or similar frameworks
• Proficient in Power BI dashboarding
• Strong communication and change‑management skills
• Ability to partner with business and technology stakeholders
