What you’ll do
- Discover and document end‑to‑end data lineage to support regulatory requirements such as BCBS 239
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of data quality issues and drive resolution through governance and process mapping
- Collaborate with markets operations, technology, and product control to document data quality controls across critical data flows
- Implement and support data quality practices across the CIB in line with firm‑wide initiatives
- Provide advisory services on high‑profile data issues through focused project management and business analysis
What you’ll bring
- Experience in financial institutions (operations, finance, program management, data lineage, data analytics, data management, business analysis)
- Experience delivering data quality, data lineage, data control documentation, metadata management projects
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to think laterally
- Proficiency in Excel for large data set manipulation (pivots, formulas, charts)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Self‑starter with autonomous work style and strong time‑management under pressure
