About the role
Lead Software Security Architect on Hyland's Security Architecture team, responsible for safeguarding Hyland's products through secure design, rigorous testing, and proactive vulnerability management. Leads threat modeling, reviews designs and controls, mentors engineers, and drives security training across engineering. Hyderabad, India, Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite, travel up to 5%.
What you’ll do
- Review software designs, test plans, and security controls
- Maintain and evolve threat models
- Evaluate and remediate vulnerabilities
- Design and deliver secure development training
- Act as primary security advisor and point of contact
- Mentor and coach team members
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years security architecture
- 3+ years stakeholder leadership
- Bachelor's in CS or related field
Nice to have
- Experience with SAST/DAST tools
- Threat modeling frameworks
