About the role
Legal department at Bajaj Finance Limited. The team ensures compliant legal frameworks for consumer, retail, SME lending and fixed deposit products, including digital lending journeys. The Senior Cluster Manager drafts, reviews, vets and negotiates loan, security, product and regulatory documentation, collaborates with product, compliance and technology teams, and provides legal advice to internal stakeholders. Pune Corporate Office - PTP, on-site.
What you’ll do
- Draft, review and vet loan and security documentation for retail and SME products
- Draft and negotiate terms for Fixed Deposit products and promotional offers
- Review digital lending customer journeys and consent flows
- Coordinate documentation with product, compliance, operations and technology teams
- Maintain and update legal templates and ensure regulatory compliance
- Research legal and regulatory developments affecting products
- Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Support implementation of regulatory changes
What you’ll bring
- 4-5 years post‑qualification experience
- 2 years in banking/financial services or law firm
- Hands‑on drafting and negotiating lending documentation
- Knowledge of BFSI regulatory laws
- Strong written and oral communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
