About the role
MSME Business Data Team builds robust ETL pipelines to ingest banking data into analytics platforms, optimizing models for reporting and machine learning. The Sr. Data Analyst designs, maintains, and troubleshoots these workflows, collaborates with analysts and stakeholders, and ensures data quality, governance, and compliance. Based in Mumbai, the role is on-site with a full‑time schedule.

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines

- Collaborate with analysts, scientists, and stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth data analysis for Risk, credit, and liabilities
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
- Implement data governance and compliance standards
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years experience in data analytics
- 2+ years in Banking or Financial services
