Blue Yonder Data Solutions team delivers enterprise data platforms and analytics across Finance, HR, and Customer Experience. The Sr Business Analytics Analyst leads end‑to‑end delivery of dashboards, self‑service reporting, and data models, collaborates with engineering and platform teams, and integrates generative AI and predictive analytics into business workflows. What you’ll do

• Partner with data engineering, platform teams, and global business units to define technical requirements
• Lead discovery, design, deployment, and adoption of dashboards and analytical products
• Contribute to solution architecture and data modeling standards
• Build Power BI dashboards and semantic models for executive insights
• Identify and integrate generative AI and predictive modeling into workflows
• Maintain solution documentation, data dictionaries, and enablement materials
• Ensure data governance and metadata practices are applied

What you’ll bring

• 5-7 years in data solutions and advanced analytics
• Expert-level SQL and dimensional data modeling
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Redshift
• Proficiency in Python, R, statistical modeling
• Familiarity with data governance and metadata management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and discovery session leadership
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative or business discipline
