About the role
Revenue Operations Analytics team at Smartsheet drives data‑driven growth for the Go‑To‑Market organization. The Senior Data Analyst partners with sales leaders to translate business questions into analytical solutions, builds reporting infrastructure, and presents insights to executives. Bangalore, hybrid (3 days onsite), Full‑time role with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Act as business partner to sales leaders to define key questions
- Lead projects to develop analytical solutions and KPIs
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure for sales funnel
- Collaborate with engineering and data science to create scalable analytics
- Present insights to executives to drive performance improvements
- Mentor junior analysts
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years analytics experience
- Expertise in SQL
- Experience with Tableau/PowerBI/Looker
- Statistical analysis (time series, clustering)
- Cloud and SaaS go‑to‑market knowledge
- Partner/channel experience (nice to have)
