About the role

Credit Saison India seeks a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst to develop insights, build dashboards, and drive data‑driven decisions across product, finance, and partnerships.

What you’ll do

Develop insights to drive product strategy and feature improvements
Build automated dashboards and reports for cross‑functional teams
Analyze key metrics and experiment results to recommend iterations
Conduct deep quantitative analyses to translate data into actionable insights
Collaborate across product, data science, engineering, finance, and partnerships

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or related field
1-4 years data analysis experience
Strong SQL and statistical modeling skills
Experience with Python, R, Spark, SAS, or SPSS
Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools

Nice to have

Graduated from top tier IIT/IIIT/NIT/BITS
Exposure to FinTech or digital lending industry
Experience with predictive analytics and hypothesis testing
