About the role

Data Operations and Analysis team at ZoomInfo drives strategic improvements in data infrastructure and analytics. The Senior Data Analyst designs scalable cloud‑native pipelines, automates AI‑enhanced data acquisition, and transforms large datasets into actionable insights while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with opportunities to mentor junior analysts and influence data strategy.

What you’ll do

• Develop and optimize cloud‑native data pipelines and automation solutions
• Leverage AI/GenAI tools to enrich and validate data at scale
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to derive insights and KPIs
• Partner with engineering, product, and research to deliver cross‑functional projects
• Maintain rigorous data quality standards across pipelines
• Translate technical analyses into business recommendations
• Mentor and coach junior analysts, contribute to hiring
• Drive data strategy and define measurement frameworks

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years data analytics/engineering experience
• Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Python
• Hands‑on with PySpark, Apache Spark, Databricks
• Experience on AWS or GCP cloud platforms
• AI/GenAI/LLM integration and automation
• Web scraping using Scrapy, Selenium, BeautifulSoup
• Building dashboards in Tableau, Looker or Power BI
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation
