About the role

Digital Asset Platform team builds end‑to‑end digital asset processing and tokenisation solutions. The Senior Software Engineer VP leads full‑stack delivery of Java microservices, integrates core banking, payments and blockchain networks, and mentors engineers on secure smart‑contract development. Pune, India, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop Java‑based microservices for digital asset platform
• Integrate core banking, payments, and blockchain networks
• Develop, test, and secure smart contracts lifecycle
• Collaborate with product, design, and security teams on requirements
• Lead code reviews and promote best engineering practices
• Mentor engineers and drive technical direction across projects
• Assess and mitigate risks related to platform security and compliance
• Contribute to technology strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years software engineering experience
• Expertise in Java microservices and API design
• Hands‑on development of smart contracts using Solidity
• Experience with Hyperledger Besu or EVM‑based DLT platforms
• Building tokenisation platforms integrating wallets and custody
• Strong knowledge of scalable, secure enterprise architectures
• Leadership in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers
• Understanding of payment systems and digital asset processing
