About the role
Software Engineering team at Kyndryl focuses on building and supporting enterprise HR integration solutions using Workday. - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Security, and vendors to translate requirements
- Mentor engineers and establish integration standards
- Support production operations and resolve incidents
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance

- Hands‑on Workday Studio/Core Connectors/EIBs
- Understanding hire‑to‑retire processes
- Integrating SaaS HR platforms with downstream systems

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IS
- Experience with global Workday integrations
- Familiarity with HR data privacy and security
- Technical lead or integration owner experience
- Master Certified Technical Specialist
