About the role
A client‑facing role for a seasoned Workday Financials consultant, responsible for configuring and optimizing Workday Financials and PSA modules across diverse industries and geographies. The candidate will lead requirement workshops, design and build financial reports, dashboards, and EIB/iLoad processes, and support data migration and cut‑over activities. They will mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross‑functional teams (HCM, Change, PMO), and contribute to evolving implementation methodologies. Candidates should bring 5+ years of Workday Fins/PSA configuration experience, deep knowledge of at least one financials functional area, and a strong analytical, consultative mindset. A Chartered Accountant or equivalent finance/accounting degree and current Workday certification are preferred.
What you’ll do
- Configure & optimize Workday Financials/PSA based on complex customer needs
- Lead requirement workshops and customer confirmation sessions
- Complete configuration workbooks, EIBs/iLoads
- Build & test financial reports & dashboards
- Coordinate testing and resolve complex issues
- Mentor junior team members
- Plan and deliver data migration and cut‑over phases
- Collaborate with HCM, Change, PMO teams
- Contribute to implementation methodology evolution
What you’ll bring
