Senior Workday Success Plans Consultant, Financial Reporting & Prism Analytics

About the role

Workday Success Plans team helps customers maximize their Workday investment by providing micro‑consulting on Financial Reporting, Prism Analytics, and Accounting Center. As a Senior Success Plans Consultant you will design and troubleshoot complex financial reports, build Prism data pipelines, and advise on accounting configurations while delivering presentations and webinars. Pune, India, hybrid (50% onsite per quarter).

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and troubleshoot complex Workday financial reports
• Guide customers on ingesting and blending data with Prism Analytics
• Advise on Accounting Center configuration for journal entries
• Create and troubleshoot Prism data pipelines and datasets
• Deliver customer presentations, webinars, and feature accelerator sessions
• Review tenant configurations to identify adoption opportunities
• Provide one‑on‑one design support and full feature deployments

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years IT implementation experience
• 8+ years experience with HR/Finance systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• 2+ years software consulting experience
• Experience gathering financial requirements and building complex reports
• Hands‑on data integration, modeling, or ETL for financial analytics
