Senior Engagement Manager, Deployment Success Manager

About the role

Workday Success Plans Team helps customers drive business value from Workday applications through structured programs and services. The Senior Engagement Manager leads multiple deployment projects, coordinates staffing, system access, and client meetings while mentoring consultants and ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule. Pune, India, hybrid (on‑site and remote) work model, up to 10% travel, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead delivery of Workday Success Plans programs and services
• Communicate project objectives and delivery strategies to clients
• Become a specialist in Workday Success Plans offerings and educate customers
• Balance concurrent project workloads and staffing plans
• Mentor and guide consultants on project teams
• Collaborate with client project managers to resolve scope or timeline issues
• Facilitate customer and internal operational meetings
• Ensure project documentation, forecasts, and closure tasks are completed

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years project management experience with HCM/Payroll/Financial implementations
• 5+ years implementing Workday or similar ERP systems
• Passion for customer service
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll, or Finance domains
• Ability to influence senior executives
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously
