About the role

The Engagement Lead for EXL AI & data Solutions drives client success across data management and AI-driven transformation initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Serve as primary client contact for data and AI initiatives.
• Translate business challenges into data/AI solutions.
• Build C-level relationships and influence strategy.
• Lead client reviews, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Ensure delivery of data migration, governance, and AI projects.
• Oversee consultants, SMEs, and technical teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive adoption of AI accelerators and data platforms.

What you’ll bring

• Expertise in data management, governance, and AI/ML adoption.
• Lead client engagements in data migration, governance, MDM, lineage.
• Translate complex data/AI concepts into business value.
• Experience in sales enablement and solution positioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data/CS or related field.
• 10+ years in client-facing consulting or engagement management.

Nice to have

• Manage C-level client relationships and executive alignment.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, MDM, DataOps, Lineage.
• Knowledge of AI agents, LLMs, and data-to-AI readiness.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits, proposals, and SOWs.
