About the role

Workday Success Plans Team helps customers derive business value from Workday applications through targeted micro‑consulting engagements. The Senior Workday Consultant acts as a trusted advisor, answering how‑to questions, troubleshooting configurations, and delivering feature demonstrations to drive adoption. Based in Pune, India, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

• Act as trusted Workday advisor for customers
• Answer how‑to and configuration questions
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through Workday setups
• Provide feature demonstrations and share best practices

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years functional experience in HCM, Payroll, Financial, Benefits, Revenue, Spend, Talent, Performance Management software
• 10+ years consulting experience
• 10+ years experience implementing Workday
• Industry experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, Government
