Senior Consultant - Workday HCM

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations for clients, from discovery through to deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions tailored to their needs.
• Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices and technical problem-solving.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, drive root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Provide high-level advice on process improvements and system optimizations to senior business leaders.
