About the role
Process Excellence (PEX) team at MUFG drives enterprise-wide efficiency through Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives. The Analyst leads training programs, facilitates workshops, and partners with stakeholders to map, redesign, and govern process improvements. Bengaluru, India, on-site role with occasional travel to other locations.
What you’ll do
- Conduct Lean Six Sigma training programs
- Lead workshops and process mapping sessions
- Drive end-to-end improvement initiatives with governance
- Coach teams and establish KPIs for benefits tracking
- Partner with automation and digital teams to apply AI tools
- Communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership
- Travel to deliver training and transformation programs
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years experience in Process Excellence or Lean Six Sigma
- Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Proven experience delivering training and facilitation
- Advanced L3 process mapping using Visio or PowerPoint
- Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shift timings
