Process Excellence Analyst

About the role

Accenture Strategy and Consulting Process Excellence organization helps clients turn AI ambition into measurable business value. The Analyst redesigns enterprise workflows, integrating AI, automation, and human expertise to create AI‑ready process blueprints and define where AI augments or replaces manual steps. Works across multiple Indian locations (Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) in an on‑site model, collaborating with industry experts and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end workflow design across functions, systems, and data
• Identify AI, automation, and orchestration opportunities in processes
• Define workflow logic, states, handoffs, and exception paths
• Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
• Translate client processes into detailed requirements for engineers
• Support value identification, KPI definition, and success metrics
• Assist business development and client workshops with research and materials

What you’ll bring

• 1-4 years relevant experience
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred
• Strong AI fluency (NLP, LLMs, RAG, ML)
• Deep process design and workflow analysis expertise
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
• Process mining using Celonis or Signavio
• Domain consulting experience in industry sectors
