Senior Cloud Platform Engineer

About the role

UKG's DEX Platform Engineering team builds and operates engineering platforms to power enterprise business systems, enabling secure and scalable software delivery. This role leads the evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform through modern platform engineering, DevOps, and automation practices. The position is based in Noida, India, with a focus on building reusable capabilities rather than manual administration.

What you’ll do

• Own the engineering, administration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or equivalent technologies.
• Design and develop reusable engineering services using PowerShell, Python, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps.
• Design, develop, and support enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Leverage modern AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI to improve platform operations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams supporting Customer360, Data Marketplace, and Enterprise Analytics.
• Implement Azure security best practices, including RBAC, PIM, Managed Identities, and Key Vault.

What you’ll bring

• B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud platforms or business-critical applications.
• 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• 4+ years of Azure cloud engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with automation using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience supporting production ERP environments.
