About the role
Global Solutions Engineering at Tata Communications designs and delivers hybrid network services for enterprise clients. The Senior Solution Architect leads solution design, development, and implementation, collaborates with sales, product, and engineering teams, and provides technical guidance and L4 support. Based in New Delhi, on-site work model, with occasional travel to client sites for POCs and demos.
What you’ll do
- Provide solutioning support to regional sales teams
- Prepare technical responses for RFPs
- Develop pricing inputs and commercial proposals
- Create technical sales collateral, quotations, and project plans
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross‑functional teams on solution design
- Create use cases and BOQ documents
- Deliver L4 support for design issues and engineering interventions
- Conduct POCs, demos, migration plans, and project implementation support
What you’ll bring
- Bachelors degree in engineering
- 4-7 years relevant experience
- Ability to map business goals to technical requirements
- Experience with RFP processes
- Knowledge of HLD and LLD creation
- Proficient with MS Office tools
