About the role

Enterprise Architecture at Cognizant drives technology transformation for global clients. The Senior Manager leads design and governance of enterprise‑scale, cloud‑native solutions, shaping strategy, standards, and migration roadmaps while collaborating with engineering, security, and business teams. Works hybrid in Bangalore, 3‑4 days onsite, guiding architects and mentoring technical leaders to deliver secure, scalable platforms.

What you’ll do

• Define end‑to‑end architecture for platforms, applications, and integrations
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and reusable patterns
• Lead cloud transformation, modernization, and migration initiatives
• Drive architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and solution approvals
• Partner with engineering, security, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver outcomes
• Mentor architects and promote best practices across the organization

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years technology delivery and solution architecture
• Deep expertise in Azure cloud and cloud‑native design
• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, DevSecOps, CI/CD
• Experience defining security, scalability, performance requirements
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Kubernetes, IaC, and multi‑cloud architectures
