About the role
Data & AI Solution Management COE at Fresenius Medical Care builds and scales enterprise data, analytics, ML and Generative AI platforms. The Senior Manager leads strategy, designs end‑to‑end solutions, mentors a multidisciplinary team and ensures responsible AI governance. Bengaluru, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed.

- Define and execute data & AI strategy
- Lead design and delivery of end‑to‑end solutions
- Build and mentor multidisciplinary team
- Oversee platform governance and MLOps
- Ensure responsible AI practices
- Engage with senior stakeholders
- Drive adoption of modern data architectures
- Manage service reliability and SLA

- 12+ years data/AI experience
- 5+ years leadership
