About the role
Roboyo AI, the applied AI and agentic automation leader, builds production‑grade AI systems and automation solutions for enterprise clients. As a Senior HR Advisor you will own payroll operations and statutory compliance for the India workforce, partner with ADP, support onboarding, employee relations and performance processes, and help shape the evolving HR function as the company scales. Hyderabad, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Own collaboration with ADP for payroll inputs and discrepancy resolution
- Serve as go‑to for employee payslip, statutory deduction and tax queries
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Shops & Establishments Act
- Monitor and implement changes from India’s new Labour Codes
- Support end‑to‑end onboarding and maintain employee records
- Assist managers with employee relations, performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate performance review cycles and engagement initiatives
- Partner with global HR on cross‑regional projects
What you’ll bring
- 7–10+ years HR experience with India payroll
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour law and new Labour Codes
- 2+ years experience with payroll vendors, ADP a plus
- Generalist HR knowledge across compliance, operations, people
- Process improvement mindset
