What you’ll do
- Provide APAC reward advisory and compensation guidance
- Analyze market data for benchmarking and pay ranges
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and governance
- Lead HR Capability Centre vision, operating model and roadmap
- Drive process standardization, digitization and operational efficiency
- Partner with global HR COEs and senior stakeholders
- Develop capability, succession pipelines and leadership effectiveness
- Supervise HR capability centre team as matrix manager
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years reward/HR capability experience
- MBA or relevant degree
- AM/BFSI background preferred
- Strong stakeholder management
- Advanced MS Excel and People Analytics
