About the role
Corporate Functions Data & AI team at Equinix builds HR and Legal data products that power workforce planning, talent strategy, compliance and risk management. The Senior Product Manager drives product strategy and roadmap, partners with stakeholders, and leads end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑enabled analytics solutions. What you’ll do
- Partner with HR and Legal stakeholders to translate business needs into data product solutions
- Shape product strategy and ROI‑informed roadmap balancing quick wins and platform scalability
- Own semantic models and productize analytics and AI/ML services ensuring data lineage and auditability
- Lead delivery from problem framing through model evaluation, deployment and adoption
- Analyze market trends and emerging AI/ML techniques for HR and Legal analytics
- Develop business cases, financial models and metrics to measure product value
- Collaborate with data platform, data science, AI/ML and engineering teams on pipeline design and product training
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years product management experience
- 3+ years data analytics or similar role
- 2-3 years building data platforms, analytics or AI/ML products
- Strong technical fluency with enterprise data platforms, semantic modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs and AI/ML lifecycle
- Hands‑on SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience shipping AI/ML‑powered products
