About the role
Shared Services Centre – HR function at Eastman Chemical. Partners with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drives workforce planning, talent development, and performance management. Analyzes HR metrics and automates reporting to provide actionable insights. Hyderabad, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Act as strategic HR partner to senior leadership
- Develop and implement workforce planning and talent development programs
- Create and manage HR dashboards and automate reporting
- Engage stakeholders across functions and communicate HR initiatives
- Collaborate with L&D to design upskilling programs
- Support succession planning for critical roles
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7+ years HR Advisor/Business Partner experience
- Experience in shared services environment
- Knowledge of local labour laws
