About the role
Mattel Global Business Services team supports critical Oracle ERP applications for the company. The Senior Oracle Support Analyst provides L2/L3 production support, resolves functional and technical issues, and collaborates with business users and technical teams to maintain system health. Hyderabad, on-site role focusing on Oracle E-Business Suite, SQL/PLSQL development, and incident management.
What you’ll do
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle ERP applications
- Investigate and resolve application, data, and interface issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Support business users during critical incidents and escalations
- Monitor application health, concurrent programs, and batch processes
- Develop and troubleshoot Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programs
- Assist with deployment, migration, and performance tuning activities
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years Oracle ERP production support experience
- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i/R12
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procurement, Inventory, Finance processes
- Familiarity with Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher/BI Publisher
- Understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow ticketing
