About the role

HR Tech Application Support team at MP0001-WM Logistics India Private Ltd provides day‑to‑day support, release planning and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Core HR modules. The Senior Analyst designs Fast Formulas, builds OTBI and BIP reports, configures HCM Extracts and HDL loads, and implements integrations via SOAP and OIC. Gurgaon, Haryana, India, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Provide day‑to‑day application support for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
• Plan and execute releases and upgrades
• Manage projects and enhancements for HR modules
• Consult functional owners on design options
• Align resources and scope with Release Management and OCM

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum six years Oracle Fusion HCM experience

• Fast Formula development for Payroll & Core HR

• BIP report creation and SQL tuning
