About the role

Senior Oracle Applications Developer with 7+ years in Oracle E-Business Suite (11i/R12), SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, and OAF. Owns full development lifecycle from requirements to production support, delivering custom modules, reports, and interfaces. Leads requirement gathering, designs solutions, prepares test environments, and resolves issues with Oracle support. Provides Level 2 production support, monitors system health, and mentors team members. Experienced in SQL tuning, XML/BI Publisher, Unix, and SOX compliance. Works in hybrid environment, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams. Strong communicator, problem solver, and business process expert.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end development of Oracle modules
• Lead requirement gathering with business users
• Design and develop custom solutions for gaps
• Prepare test environments and clone activity
• Resolve application issues with Oracle support
• Provide Level 2 production support and workarounds
• Monitor system health via self-monitoring scripts
• Support and troubleshoot production system issues
• Mentor functional team members
• Follow SOX and regulatory IT controls
