About the role
Axis Bank’s Branch Control Unit in Vadodara strengthens frontline controls, risks, and compliance across the branch network. The role drives operational performance, risk mitigation, and fraud reduction by assessing branches and ensuring regulatory adherence. This position focuses on improving audit scores and BOHI metrics through proactive remediation and training.
What you’ll do
- Complete planned S&P visits quarterly with 100% coverage
- Identify risks and take proactive actions to mitigate them
- Ensure adherence to management guidelines for cash, gold loans, and lockers
- Drive branches to achieve satisfactory Internal Audit ratings
- Meet BOHI targets within the Circle
- Ensure closure of EDD and COSMOS+AML as per TAT
- Monitor closure of LOC reports and audit observations
- Prepare branches for RBI Incognito Visits
What you’ll bring
- Graduate or Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
- 13 to 15 years of banking experience
- 7 to 12 years of core banking experience
- Deep understanding of business operations
- Understanding of core CBS software
