About the role
Muthoot FinCorp Secured & Unsecured Lending Business team drives loan portfolio growth across Uttar Pradesh. The State Business Manager leads sales strategy, builds regional sales structure, oversees cross‑sell initiatives and manages soft‑bucket collections while coordinating with credit, risk and audit teams. Based in Uttar Pradesh State Office, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Achieve budgeted sales volumes and cross‑sell targets
- Build and structure regional sales teams
- Collaborate with branches on product distribution and portfolio growth
- Coordinate with Credit & Risk departments on product roll‑outs
- Ensure audit compliance across sales vertical
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years experience in secured or unsecured lending
- Proven sales and distribution background
- Experience managing soft‑bucket collections
- Team building and training expertise
- Excellent English communication skills
