Rural COE - B2B at Bajaj Finance Limited, the unit driving digital experiences for rural B2B customers. The Deputy Unit Manager leads visual design, collaborates with experience design heads, developers, UX and content strategists, and mentors team members while developing brand identities and design systems across devices. Based in Pune Corporate Office - HO, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead visual design in collaboration with heads of experience design and strategy
• Design intuitive digital experiences across multiple devices
• Collaborate with developers, UX, content strategists and business consultants
• Develop brand identities and design systems
• Mentor and support team members to foster a creative culture

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree required
• Degree preferred in design-related discipline
• 5-6 years relevant work experience in digitally-centric interface design
• Proficient in Sketch, Adobe Suite, Principle, Zeplin
• Strong interest in visual and interaction design trends
• Ability to formulate visual concepts based on strategic insights
• Ability to interact with clients and build strong partnerships
• Experience collaborating with frontend developers
