About the role
Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle for Adani Group’s data centre and infrastructure projects. The role requires developing detailed project plans, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring quality standards and project requirements are met. The manager will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring schedules and quality
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and timelines
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Monitor progress and report to stakeholders and senior management
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
- Oversee project closure and smooth handover to clients
- Promote brand values and strengthen stakeholder relationships
- Build high-performing team and mentor for growth
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MEP)
- Master's in Business Administration or Project Management (preferred)
- 15-17 years experience in end-to-end project management in Data Centres
