About the role
Cisive Power Platform Team builds enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform to streamline talent and safety workflows. The Senior Power Platform Developer designs and implements end‑to‑end Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse and Power BI solutions, mentors consultants, and integrates with Azure, D365 and SharePoint. Remote, India (New Delhi) with full‑time employment, annual salary INR 1.8M‑2.0M.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Pages
- Configure data gateways and Azure logic apps
- Create Power BI dashboards and reports
- Implement REST APIs, JavaScript, and ALM pipelines
- Guide Dataverse data modeling and business logic
- Lead virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents
- Mentor Power Platform consultants and developers
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years automation‑oriented solution experience
- Advanced Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI, SharePoint)
- Azure Dataverse and Azure SQL expertise
- Develop canvas and model‑driven PowerApps with strong UX
- Integrate Office365 services (SharePoint, Graph API, Outlook)
- Agile, GitLab and JIRA familiarity
- C# and .NET development as needed
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers
