About the role

PHINIA Delphi India Private Limited’s Power Platform & Microsoft 365 team builds modern collaboration solutions, enterprise apps, and AI‑enabled workflows across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services. The Senior Developer designs, customizes, and maintains SPFx components, Power Platform solutions, and Azure integrations, ensuring secure, scalable, and user‑friendly experiences for employees. Based in Bengaluru, India, the role is on‑site with a hybrid model available.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services
• Implement workflow automation, forms, integrations, and business process solutions using Power Platform
• Build and support custom applications and integrations leveraging Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Entra ID/Azure AD
• Contribute to reusable solution patterns, shared components, and governance standards
• Support AI and automation initiatives, including Copilot Studio agents and AI Builder
• Create and maintain SharePoint site architectures, metadata models, and content types
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with enterprise platforms and external systems using secure API-first patterns
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across SharePoint, Power Platform, and custom web solutions
• Support modern application lifecycle management using Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Ensure solutions comply with security, compliance, privacy, accessibility, and data governance standards
• Collaborate with technical leads, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers and citizen developers
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and AI adoption
• Evaluate new Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, mobile, and AI capabilities

6+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and related technologies
