About the role

Technology Assurance team at EY builds risk assurance solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. The Senior Power Platform Developer designs, implements, and automates client workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, while ensuring security and compliance. Based in Bengaluru with on-site work, the role collaborates with cross‑functional audit and IT teams to deliver high‑quality automation and data insights.

What you’ll do

• Develop Power Apps and Automate solutions for client engagements
• Create and optimize Power BI reports and DAX calculations
• Implement security measures and access controls in Power Platform solutions
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and auditors to gather requirements
• Automate workflows and integrate with Microsoft 365 and external data sources
• Provide mentorship and quality reviews for junior team members

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI development
• Design and implement IT risk controls and automation
• Python and SQL for data manipulation
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and APIs
• Knowledge of IT General Controls and SOX compliance
• Familiarity with Power Platform certifications (PL‑300, PL‑900)
