About the role
The role involves managing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ensuring performance, security, and compliance while serving as a subject matter expert and providing user training and incident resolution.
What you’ll do
- SME for Microsoft Power Platform.
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, training materials.
- Translate business requirements into solutions and designs.
- Implement security measures: authentication, access controls, data protection.
- Build strong customer relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and support adoption initiatives.
- Support deployment, maintenance, health, capacity, and performance monitoring.
- Resolve incidents and problems per SLA.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enforce governance policies for compliance, data security, and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with SharePoint and RPA solutions.
- Strong documentation and training skills.
