About the role

Concentrix seeks experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM professional to implement, configure, and customize CRM solutions. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, ensuring integration with Power Platform and other enterprise apps, and providing technical guidance for custom development. Requires strong knowledge of core Dynamics modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Commerce, Customer Insights) and integration experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or other common enterprise integrations. Technical proficiency in C#/.NET or React/Angular. Must have excellent problem‑solving, communication skills, and ability to work in fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Experience in end‑to‑end CRM implementation projects.
