What you’ll do

• Lead functional design and implementation of D365 CRM solutions
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis and translate business needs into scalable designs
• Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, and decision‑making sessions
• Provide functional governance and ensure best‑practice adherence
• Oversee configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration
• Support Agile delivery and adapt plans to changing priorities
• Manage team resources, performance, and quality culture

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience
• Led end-to-end D365 CRM implementation
• Consulting or enterprise delivery background
• People leadership and mentoring
• Degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional certification preferred
